Alexandera Burke has a £4000 admirer. James Corden star of Gavin and Stacey has splashed out a whopping £4000 on a Cartier Watch.
This is not his 1st crush he has had he has reportedly flirted with Leona Lewis and Alesha Dixon and dated Lily Allen!
I wish I had an admirer that would spend that much money on me…
Alex’s mum Melissa said: “He is absolutely besotted. It seems a bit full on but Alexandra seems to be taking it in her stride. I wish he’d given me a Cartier watch too!”
Me too Melissa….

The real life Barbie doll has once again over done it and bought herself a real Barbie accessorie, a Pink Bentley GT Continental. I know this is not Jewellery but it is bling in my eyes…
Of course Paris is the type of person who buys herself a gift for Christmas but I am surprised Jordan has not been a contender in this. The car cost a whopping $200,000 (around £130,000) and she has been noted saying “I’ve just always wanted a pink car”. she says. “I think when you’re a little girl and you have the Barbie corvette you’re always like: ‘Oh I wish I had a car like this one day.’ So I think it just comes from being a fan of Barbie for so long. This is a car that I cannot drive every single day but I will be driving a lot.”
At least the police will see her coming this time.
I am so impressed now the Trafford Centre in Trafford Park, Manchester has opened a Thomas Sabo shop because now I have more chance of receiving one as part of my Christmas present which I have been asking my boyfriend for, for ages…
They also have a shop on Deansgate in the House of Fraser but the Trafford Centre is so more appealing to him as it is easier and more compact.
If i was to choose it myself i would struggle as there is so much choice with the different charms and the different style bracelets.
Rolex have launched their new 2008 collection and Prestons of Bolton had a showcase at their store on Wednesday 10th September. Unfortunately I was not one of the lucky ones to get an invite, probably because I do not have thousands of pounds to spend on Jewellery and have to rely on my Mum to steel jeweler off (which does not happen very often any more).
The guests were offered Moet & Chandon, oysters and canapés whilst a four piece string quarted provided the entertainment.
The good thing about Prestons of Bolton is that they offer an exchange facility so you are not stuck with your old watch in your safe while you are wearing your nice new shiny one…

Colleen Rooney was the face of Asda but is now launching a new jewellery range for Argos and will be available to buy from January. Insiders have been saying the range will be “affordable” and cost no more than £50..
Coleen is usually seen wearing her £1 million wedding ring and £25,000 necklaces from the likes of New York Jewellers Jacob & Co and Tiffany so i cannot see her wearing her own range.
From the pictures in this week’s heat magazine they don’t look that nice but as with all jewellery and clothing you never know until you see them close up or on you.
The largest robbery on a jewellery store in Paris, Harry Winston, was taken place around 5.30pm on Thursday 04th December by a group of four men who disguised themselves as women wearing wigs, makeup and dresses.
Police put the estimated total value of the haul at €80m (£70m), making it by far the largest jewel robbery carried out in France. “This is certainly a record,” said Doron Levy, a spokesman for the French union of jewellers. “It exceeds anything we’ve seen here going back years.”
The robbers carried out a quick tour of the boutique, stuffing diamond rings, necklaces, broaches and luxury watches into bags before taking off. Appearing to have knowledge of the layout of the store, they knew the location of supposedly top-secret storage boxes and referred to staff by their first names. Within minutes, the shop was nearly empty, and the robbers had sped off.
This has been dubbed by the French Police as the “steel of the century”
This store are specialists in so-called “ultra-luxe” jewellery, and the American store is a hot spot for international celebrities and, has a reputation for precious stones.
I have found a top that will go with jeans or a skirt, the best thing about it is that it only costs £14 from Peacocks..
I have always thought of Peacocks as a shop only my Mum would go in but it is not overpriced so is ideal for a top/dress/shoes which you will only end up wearing the once.
They have some funky jewellery and some handbags which start as low as £8.
I am not saying they will always have what you want in but why not have a look and see if there is any bargains you can get your hands on, I did and found some…
In a lot of shops at the moment they are selling flashing Christmas jewellery, whether it is a broach, earrings or something else just as tacky.
I can understand wearing flashing Santa hats because they are just fun but have never got the flashing jewellery items as they just look tacky and remind me of scallys.
Don’t waste your money by buying crap flashing Santa earrings or a flashing broach and hit the sales and buy some decent jewellery to brighten up your work clothes, going out frocks or even just clothes for the pub.
If anyone disagrees feel free to leave a message.
A lot of people are struggling buying presents for their loved ones this Christmas period and are resorting to getting Bad Credit Loans to ensure they can afford this but a lot of the jewellers have now lowered their prices because of the change of tax to 15% and also if you log onto the websites and a few of them have a discount voucher you can print off and use or have sales in their shops.
Goldsmiths even do a 0% interest free credit where you get up to 36 months interest free credit. Now that sounds like a deal and they actually have some half decent jewellery on their site.
I am trying to hint to my boyfriend to buy me some expensive jewellery but he is moaning about the cost but now I know about the special offers the shops have on at the moment I will give it another go and leave the vouchers around the house and he may take the hint, but you never know he is a man.
Personally I will be waiting until boxing-day to hit the shops when the sales start because they are meant to be absolutely awesome but I hate the mayhem.
Who on earth would wear these hideous trousers. Topshop are selling these high waisted sequin trousers at £65 each and recommend you wear them with a bright leotard and towering platform sandals for 80s fashion or another alternate is to wear with a oversized tee, lumberjack coat and sturdy biker boots.
They even come in white which made me cringe even more. No matter how much i was paid you would never get me in them.
Another thing that makes me cringe is men in white skinny jeans, do these men not have a mirror to look in before they leave the house???
