Why is it you always get someone that wants to look like Pat Butcher.  I have been looking for jewellery for Christmas time and this Reindeer Brooch popped up on my search.  I would never let my Mum wear this let alone me.  There is always someone in my office that thinks it is cool to come in wearing the flashing Santa earrings that have a tune as well.  Come on girls and boys we are in the 21st century now so lets ditch the tacky Christmas jewellery and just keep the mistletoe going…

I have been looking for a present for my niece’s christening and have found a great site for jewellery and gifts for children. Links Of London is a site which sells jewellery for men, women and children and also sells a selection of gifts for your office, home and children.

My particulare favorite gift i have purchased is the Child’s Sweetie Bracelet with Thumprint Heart Charm and cost £88 (see below).

As well as a child’s size they also do a large size without the thumprint heart charm for adults.

It seems that Christmas is only around the corner as there are Christmas decorations and gifts in the shops and it won’t be long until Advent Calendar’s are on the shelves.  If you are trying to think of Christmas present ideas for your friends than Fashion Jewellery is always a safe option and you can never go wrong, well that is what I thought until I received a shocking present from my friend who always insisted it would go with an outfit but clearly wouldn’t.  With lots of items available online and in your local high street shops the options are endless.  The things to look for at the moment are over sized cocktail rings, chunky bangles and chandelier earrings, they are bang on trend and look great with any outfit whether it is for a night at the pub or a night on the town.

Fashionable Jewellery does not always have to be expensive and some of my best buys are from high street shops like Topshop, Primark (my favorite) and River Island. For online sites I prefer to use Asos and treasure box.

So make sure you are good this Christmas and don’t buy your friends pointless gifts …

I think everyone is in the same boat at the moment, low on funds, i have been searching for some bargain jewellery for my many evenings out (which may be why i have no money) and have found a great selection on Asos.  I love it as i can pick the entire outfit including dress, shoes, handbag and jewellery and not have to spend too long looking or use leg work walking around different shops.

I have rarely had to send anything back as you pay for what you get.

I always thought of H Samuel as tacky but lately it has really improved and has some gorgeous items for men and women and also a lot of good special offers can be seen online e.g. buy any watch get one half price and 25% off eternity rings.

If you purchase one of their Pink Products they will donate 10% to breakthrough breast cancer which is always a charity close to me….

They have just brought in the Russell Simmons jewellery line which i love.
