Why is it that all rappers have to make a statement of their wealth by wearing as much bling as they can fit around their neck, in there ears or on their fingers.  Well for some it has left them with court hearing’s.

Rapper Lil Wayne has just reached an out-of-court settlement in a legal dispute over a huge jewellery bill after he failed to pay off $146,000.  If it is paid for by monthly installments it does not really show they have a huge wealth and should just get what they can afford at the time.
