With the wedding season in full swing the one thing that is always forgotten is cuff links.

I have attached below a few selections from Tiffany & Co with a brief description.

Tiffany 1837 Titanium & Silver - £245

Atlas cuff links in 18ct gold - £1,125

Paloma’s Grove cuff links with hematite in sterling silver - £270

I know not everyone can afford Tiffany & Co so why not try Marks & Spencers or Next for similar but cheaper versions of the above.

Goldsmiths have just started their summer sale and i have found the perfect evening watch at the perfect price.

This DKNY Ladies watch with quartz movement, stainless steel crystal set D-link case and bracelet and black dial has been reduced from £135 to £67 and can be found on goldsmiths.

Alternatevely for a present there is a 18ct gold 0.07ct diamond open square necklace which has been reduced from £265 to £159.

For more items for men and women visit Goldsmiths.

This necklace has a thousand uses. This 20″ expander necklace features the Sliding Adjuster system, so that the necklace can be lengthened or shortened easily, meaning that you can wear it around your ankle, wrist or neck and at any length.

The necklace is from Ernest Jones and comes in 9″ white gold for £75 and 9″ yellow gold for £80 so a bargain for what you are getting.

Reading Grazia the other day I found this article on ‘Chandeliers for your ears’. Apparently they are Kate Moss’ favourite accessory at the moment, she clearly thinks they’re great and I have to agree with her. They are the autumn and winter season big thing. First popular in the 1920’s and 30’s they are back and everyone is jumping on the band wagon. You can pick up a pair from just about any high street store like Miss Selfridges or Accessorize for about £6 or websites like www.asos.com have some really nice ones too. However if you fancy spending a bit more why not try a pair from Harvey Nichols, you could probably get a pair for £500ish, ha ha!!

I got a pair last year and although they virtually rip my ear lobes out I have to agree with Grazia when they say it ‘ramps up your look several glamour notches’, it does make your overall look appear more glamorous and feel it too, especially if you’ve purchased a pair with a bit of sparkle to them.

One for the men! I don’t want the men to feel left out so here’s some bling for you. Now i’m not a fan of a man wearing too much jewellery, but I think these men’s rings are really nice. Quite simple in their silver designs, they have a hint of crystals and aren’t fussy in any way. There are lots of designs to choose from and although they are fairly expensive at about £75 - £85 I think it’s worth it for good quality silver.

The website www.hotdiamonds.co.uk has got a great selection of jewellery for men and women.

\'Lacey\' by Jimmy Choo

Jimmy Choo’s! That elusive pair of shoes that every girl wants. Well things are looking up, the Jimmy Choo website, www.jimmychoo.com is having a sale!! (on some of it’s items!) I found these pair of black silk satin jeweled peep toe shoes for half price at £187.50. Although they are part of the spring/summer collection I think they’d be perfect for the fast approaching autumn season. Pair them with your jeans on a night out and you’ll dazzle everyone with your ‘bling’. Personally I’d be too scared of wrecking them so they’d probably never make it out of the box in my case!!

I would love to get one of these as a pressie. A Swarovski crystal brooch would be a great gift, add it to a jacket or shirt and you can achieve a very classy retro 80’s look. At a pretty reasonable price range of around £40 - £120 I think this is a stylish, understated way to have a bit of ‘posh bling’. The website www.SWAROVSKI.com has got some really pretty ones, and if you go on now they’ve slashed the prices of most of their brooches, so either treat yourself or pester the boyfriend till he gives in and gets you a VERY early Christmas present.

I love Urban Outfitters and now there is another reason to shop there. The jewellery label Erickson Beamon has joined forces with high street store Urban Outfitters to create a really unusual but funky range of jewellery, using a lot of silver, gems and neon colours. Check out this Aztec style pendant, there are bracelets and earrings too. It’s coming soon so keep watching.

The price of the jewellery varies from £88 to a real purse wrenching £288. Visit www.urbanoutfitters.co.uk to see more of the collection.

Chanel sunglasses are this summer’s must have bling! Whether it’s sunbathing on a beach in Mexico or just chilling in your local park with an ice cream, a pair of Chanel sunglasses accessorizes an outfit brilliantly. Big sunglasses are still in fashion and Chanel ones are the way forward, go on treat yourselves girls, and just for a little while you can pretend you’re in some posho café in LA surrounded by celebrities fitting in perfectly with your Chanel’s perched on top of your head. Most websites and shops you’ll probably find that depending on style and colour the prices range from £150 - £250. I think they’re fab and if you check out www.ebay.co.uk you could probably pick up a bargain pair.

I am a huge fan of long necklaces. They can make any casual outfit look smarter and add some bling to your jeans and t-shirt look. Most shops have a really good range including Topshop and Newlook and obviously you can pick up more expensive versions in Harvey Nicks or Selfridges. I personally like a bargain and haven’t found a better one than Portabello market in London for these types of necklaces where I picked up a long gold necklace with a jade flower charm and gold hearts on for just a fiver. You can find everything and anything in that market. The best one I saw was a diamante pair of scissors charm on the end of a long silver chain.
