More than £1.9 million in luxury items was stolen from celebrity homes by a gang baptised the ‘Bling Ring’, before members were arrested in late 2009.

Two members have now been before court, with the second being handed down a sentence of four years imprisonment.

The gang targeted famous young celebrities, including Lord of The Rings star Orlando Bloom, socialite Paris Hilton and actress Lindsay Lohan, breaking into their homes and made off with whatever they could carry. Items taken included designer luggage, shoes and clothing.

Four other gang members are still awaiting trial for other burglaries committed during the same period.

I wonder that now Katie Price and Peter Andre have broken up she will give me her wedding ring, i know most people thought i was tacky but i loved it.  I am not saying that i would like one the same when i get married (not that i could afford it) but it would be a nice ring for the odd night i get to go out.

With the summer approaching fast all my friends seem to be stocking up on Bikini’s and other beachwear items.  River Island and Topshop have some gorgeous Bikinis / swimsuits, beach bags and sarongs.  The bikini’s come in a vast range of colours, shapes and styles.

Believe it or not though Primark have loads of bikini’s but the only problem is, is that most of them are not mix and match top and bottom so you cant get the top in a different size to the bottom and i love getting a different top to the bottoms for a different look.

When buying a bikini always remember to add a bit of bling a sparkle by getting oversized jewellery but always remember to take it off when sun bathing….

Rihanna has requested that all the jewellery taken as evidence the night she was allegedly attacked by her now ex boyfriend Chris Brown be returned to her.

She was wearing $1.4 million (£1 million) worth of jewellery just hours before the Grammy Awards in February.

The jewellery included earrings and three rings were on loan to the Umbrella singer from an unamed shop but her lawyer, Donald Etra, said he believes the police will have no problem in releasing the jewellery.

“Apparently, initially, the police felt that it would be needed as evidence, ” Mr Etra told the BBC.
“Now the belief is that photographs would be more than sufficient.
“That being the case, we’re asking the district attorney to return the pieces.”

Tiffany & Co have brought out a new range of jewellery in the style of keys and I must have to say i love them.

They come in white gold, silver, platinum and gold and have a choice of either being plain or having diamonds on them but I like the diamond white gold ones but they are a lot of money so don’t think I will be getting it anytime soon.

They tend to start in the hundreds and go up to the thousands but there are too many go get prices from.

I have just been looking on the ‘New In’ section on the Topshop website and they do have some nice stuff in at the moment but at the same time they had some horrible items in like the Lion Ring and some bracelets but overall it looks good.

It looks like Scarf’s are going to be big this simmer and also bright coloured jewellery and also lots of bangles worn at once.

I am particularilly loving the flower studs  at £12 per pair and also the bangle sets at only £10 and you get loads of them for your money..

Well I don’t know if I am alone in thinking this but I thought there was a credit crunch happening at the moment, according to Selfrridges swimwear department there is no such thing as they have launched a £2,000 biking that you can’t even swim in.

The Anita, created by Pistol Panties, features 5,000 Swarovski crystals, ensuring that each square centimetre is worth a whopping £100.

it is a bikini with a piece of gold rope joining the top to the bottom and is strictly for posing in so swimming is definitely off the agenda.

The one piece will arrive at the London, Manchester and Birmingham stores shortly but there is already a waiting list in place.

I cant believe the TV shopping channel QVC have got a knock off version of the Chanel J12 watches which i have written about previously.

I must admit though it is quite a good copy but i wont  be showing my friend as she has one of the real ones.

The Chanel ones cost around £5k with the diamond besel and on the QVC site it is priced at £18 but obviously it does not come with real diamonds or the ceramic strap.

I know which one i would prefer but than i am a jewellery snob but for a glance it could look like the real thing.
