I have been looking for some casual jewellery wear as I seem to be just slobbing about in my quicksilver clothes as they are they make the most comfortable jeans in the world when you want baggy ones.

I have found that New look do lots of quirky little stud earrings or even  hoops depending on the look you are going for but be careful you don’t look like a chav when wearing hoops and casual clothes because I have nearly made this mistake lots of times.

Top shop and River Island do a good range as well but I have found these tend to be more dress up jeweler with their headbands, cocktail rings, over the top necklaces and even bracelets.

I am obsessed with shoes at the moment, the other day I threw away 8 pairs of shoes which I have not even worn in about a year as they are so dated but I convinced myself that they would come back into fashion one day.

Lastly I have to say that I saw a girl going into the gym the other day with a full face of make up on, bangles all the way up her arm, a long necklace on and big hoop earrings, why on earth would she do that??

My friends are all raving about the new line of jewellery on Asos made by Disney.  One of them has bought the Disney Couture 14ct Gold plate “Fairest Of Them All” necklaces (Seen Below) which costs £24.50 online, which Lindsay Lohan has been seen wearing.

I have also found on Asos a 14ct Gold Plate Sitting Tink necklace, a Gold Plated Beauty & the Beast Crest Ring, a Gold And Crystal “Believe” Short Necklace and they have lots of other items on there as well.

My friends got them because they are different and a bit fun.

For more information go to www.asos.com and have a look.

There are loads of sales on at the moment so this means all the shop windows have banners advising of this, i know there is a recession on at the moment but i must say it is an advantage to my shopping habit as it means i get more for my money.

I am loving the Dorothy Perkins sale at the moment and they even had half price jewellery online which i may have purchased a few items.  Looks like i am going to have to buy a bigger jewellery box and even a new wardrobe to go with them.

The sales in my favorite shops beat the buy one get one free offers in the supermarket during the depressing weekly shop.

If you log on to the websites you can sign up for weekly or daily newsletters so that you don’t miss the online deals when they happen and they have some great deals so why not sign up during your lunch break and waste some time and to annoy your friends sign them up but use their work email so they get in trouble.. he

Tiffany & Co have brought out a new range of jewellery in the style of keys and I must have to say i love them.

They come in white gold, silver, platinum and gold and have a choice of either being plain or having diamonds on them but I like the diamond white gold ones but they are a lot of money so don’t think I will be getting it anytime soon.

They tend to start in the hundreds and go up to the thousands but there are too many go get prices from.

To have a look at the range on offer go to www.tiffany.com.

I have found a few tips on how to keep your jewellery in tip top condition.

1. only wear jewellery for appropriate tasks, eg, dont wear rings for washing up, cleaning, gardening or sports activities.
2. take jewellery off when applying hairspray, perfume or using nail varnish removers.
3. Clean all jewellery regularly using special products.}
4. When removing rings for tasks, eg going to the gym, washing up, don’t leave them by the sink always add them to your necklace or put away properly.
5. Take all jewellery off when swimming as chlorine can cause damage.

The biggest advice i can give is to never scrimp on jewellery as the cheaper it is the worst it has been made.

I have just had a look on Asos.com and they have a brand new section with items which are £10 and under.  There is a few bracelets and necklaces on there which arent half bad.

There is actucally a nice French Connection bangle which is priced at £4.00 (see picture below) whichi i think is a bargain too good to miss, especially with the summer coming up and all the dresses being dusted down.

asos-bangle1There is a sale on selected shoes as well with up to 50% off so whilst you are looking at the bargain jewellery why not pick up a pair of shoes as well??

Believe it or not but Evans is on fire at the moment with their selection of jewellery they have on offer at the moment, from their bracelets / bangles to their necklaces they are all gorgeous.

The white cuff’s they have for sale are going to be hot this spring / summer.

evans-cuffEvans is known to be a shop which sells clothes for the upper size (14 - 32) and actually has some cute clothes for the upper sized lady.

It is nothing to be ashamed of being a larger curvier lady, with the clothes and the accesories they have you will be wowing people wherever you go…

I am loving Primark at the moment, i went in on Sunday and ended up buying loads of jewellery as it is so cheap but that does not mean that it falls apart as soon as you wear it.

I especially loved it when they had all the pearls jewellery in, they had chunky necklaces, wrap around necklaces, head bands, bracelets and earrings.

It is not only jewellery that you can buy to bling up an outfit, they have all the new style handbags, scalfs, head bands and belts.

I know that i am not the only Primark fan so if you have any tips on what is in at the moment leave a message at the bottom.

I know I keep on banging on about Asos but it’s because it is an easy shopping experience as all you have to do is go online purchase your items than just wait for them to be delivered.

They have just brought out a new jewellery range and it seems to be a lot of bangles and rings.

There is a lot of gold, wood and white plastic involved with all of the items, i especially love the ring shown below which only costs £6 and there are lots of items to match with it.

For a look of all the items visit www.asos.com and let me know what you think.

A couple of friends of mine have asked me to write to inform you that some jewellery items from Topshop have been breaking on them.

one of them informed me that they have bought a ring with a chunky flower 3 times now and each time one or more of the petals have fallen off, another one said a necklace with stars on kept on loosing the stars and a bracelet kept loosing chains and another necklace snapped.

I could understand if they were £5 or under but the ring cost £10 and the necklace cost around £15.

A new ring was purchased from River island for £10 and this one is still intact even after wearing it numerous times.
